Smoothie Recipe – Tropical Peach and Mango

Here’s a great smoothie recipe that can be used for breakfast or as a post workout meal. Please let me know what you think of the smoothie once you try it!
Tropical Peach and Mango Smoothie
*9 oz Water or 1% Milk
*3oz Tropicana 100%Orange Juice
*1/4 Cup Frozen Yogurt
*1/2 Cup Frozen Mango, cut into cubes
*1 Cup Frozen Peaches, sliced
*1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (if desired)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Train Hard. Live Strong.
